Here’s the word of the Lord:
“I am about to let my GLORY fall upon and in the earth.
This, this is the time says the Lord, I will open up upon those who seek me. For those that seek my glory will find me, and with me, my glory will be shed upon their life.
The moment of my arrival is near, the movement of my Spirit is sure. I long to do great things among you, yes, I am in the midst of you even now to fulfill my word. I am present to heal. I am present to deliver, I am present to set free. My glory is found when you draw near. Come near to me with your heart open and your hands open. You will receive the outpouring and the victory, because they are found in my presence and in my glory. My glory will not go to the enemy, therefore, he will NOT defeat you. You need NOT be afraid. Only begin to seek my face like never before. Open up the GATES of your heart and I WILL COME IN.”

I fully believe that this is the word of the Lord for us in this moment.
There are so many wonderful works that the Lord desires to do among his people, but the key is to be OPEN.

This is the time of the GLORY OF GOD.
He is about to move.
He is about to pour out.
He is about to do the thing we’ve longed to see.

But we must be OPEN to the things of God.

The most important thing I believe God is saying in this moment, is that he longs to POUR OUT HIS GLORY.

Glory on the church.
Glory on the people of God.
Glory on those circumstances that have weighed you down.

The glory of the Lord is weighty and outweighs every problem that surrounds you.
So as we seek the Lord, and as we open up our hearts to him, he will pour out his glory upon the battlefield and CRUSH the enemy forces under the weight of his glorious power.

I’ve read this passage numerous times over the past year as God moved upon my heart, but it bears repeating in this post.

Haggai 2:6-9 NKJV
[6] “For thus says the LORD of hosts: ‘Once more (it is a little while) I will shake heaven and earth, the sea and dry land; [7] and I will shake all nations, and they shall come to the Desire of All Nations, and I will fill this temple with glory,’ says the LORD of hosts. [8] ‘The silver is Mine, and the gold is Mine,’ says the LORD of hosts. [9] ‘The glory of this latter temple shall be greater than the former,’ says the LORD of hosts. ‘And in this place I will give peace,’ says the LORD of hosts.”

Prophetically speaking…God is about to send the glory he promised.
Maybe you say, “he is only speaking to Israel.”
I say, “we are grafted into the covenant of the Lord,” he is speaking to us as well.

The Word of the Lord for this hour.

The Lord will not be outshined by what he did in the past.
Even though we increase our faith and prepare our hearts by reciting the great works of God in the past, you and I need to understand that there is a depth of glory coming to the people of God like we have never seen before.

This depth of glory encompasses revival.
The glory encompasses a great restoration of souls back into the kingdom of God.

While some are falling away, because there is a simultaneous falling away, the Lord is reaching out, and ABOUT to REACH like never before for the LOST, HURTING, DESTITUTE, UNLOVED, AND UNREACHED.

Those that were invited have, ALL TOO OFTEN, turned down their invitation.
Now the Lord is about to do a work among those who have remained FAITHFUL, and among those that will COME INTO THE HOUSE (so to speak).

God is shaking out the dross and the corruption, not only from secular entities in the earth, but most importantly, he is preparing and cleansing, and getting his people READY for what is JUST ABOUT TO COME!

Not the sort of glory that shines a light on the accomplishments of man.
Not the glory that shows how great the church is.
Glory is coming and the earth, and the church, will ONLY be able to attribute it to the LORD HIMSELF.

You have to know that…

  • God can heal without us laying on hands.
  • God can save a person without any help from us.
  • God can raise people up, before we even know we are supposed to pray.
  • God can come and fill our life, and fill THIS HOUSE, with his presence, glory, and Spirit, when we least expect it!

It’s called a SOVEREIGN MOVE of the Holy Spirit.
It comes in response to the prophetic scriptures declaring its arrival.
God is sending a sovereign move…a sovereign revival…a sovereign touch of His Spirit among his people.

Why? To produce in us the glory of the LATTER HOUSE.
No one will get the credit.
No one will “shout” it into existence.
No one will be able to claim that they were the reason, or that their prayers made the difference.

No…God is about to move sovereignly over his house and over his people and the glory of this latter house will be greater than the former.

You can walk away and say, “I don’t believe that,” but it won’t make it untrue and it won’t stop what’s about to take place.

There is a holy time in the presence of the Lord about to happen.
There is a consecrating time.
There is a preparation time.
There is a cleansing time.

It is the preparation for the coming of the Lord.

You can be part of it, or you can choose to miss it.

My question is, “why would you choose not to believe that the Lord is going to come into his house with great glory?”

Why believe that the church won’t rise?

Why believe that the sick won’t still be healed, the lost be saved, those without peace come to know peace?

  • Is God not still the author and finisher of our faith?
  • Is God not still able to do all that he has ever done?
  • Is God not still able to fill his house with his presence and his glory in greater measure than we have seen in the past?

Let me just say that…The Lord is limitless in his character, nature, ability, power, glory, presence, and strength.
When we think we have tapped out everything the Lord can do among us, that’s when he proves us wrong EVERY SINGLE TIME.

With that being said…

Scripture answers this is the book of Psalms.

Psalm 24:3-6 NKJV
[3] Who may ascend into the hill of the LORD? Or who may stand in His holy place?

This is the question that we have been addressing through most of this post.

The Bible gives us the answer.

[4] He who has clean hands and a pure heart, Who has not lifted up his soul to an idol, Nor sworn deceitfully.
[5] He shall receive blessing from the LORD, And righteousness from the God of his salvation. [6] This is Jacob, the generation of those who seek Him, Who seek Your face. Selah

The remainder of this passage tells us.

Psalm 24:7-10 NKJV
[7] Lift up your heads, O you gates! And be lifted up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in.

If we want to experience the Glory that is coming…

  • Open the door of your heart.
  • Open the door of your spirit.
  • Open the door of your soul.
  • Open the door of your decisions.
  • Open the door of your desires.
  • Open the door of your actions.
  • Open the door of your family, your life, your day to day existence.

And the king of GLORY will come in!

To have the glory of God come into your life in the powerful way the Lord desires to pour out will require us, not only to be READY, but also to make ourselves AVAILABLE.

“Available” is the word of the Lord for his church to act upon at this moment.

[8] Who is this King of glory? The LORD strong and mighty, The LORD mighty in battle.

If you need the Lord, who is mighty in battle, to walk onto your battlefield, then OPEN up the doors of your life TO HIM ALONE and become AVAILABLE TO HIM.

[9] Lift up your heads, O you gates! Lift up, you everlasting doors! And the King of glory shall come in. [10] Who is this King of glory? The LORD of hosts, He is the King of glory. Selah

He is the Lord of heaven’s armies.
He is the Lord of the harvest.
He is the Lord of the earth.

He will come in to all those who make themselves available to him.

Revelation 3:20 NKJV
[20] Behold, I stand at the door and knock. If anyone hears My voice and opens the door, I will come in to him and dine with him, and he with Me.

How do we become available?

First, We seek the Lord through prayer for our OWN HEART and spirit to become SENSITIVE to his voice…and sensitive to his presence, so that we are ready and available whenever he wants to call on us or speak to us.

Whether his voice is calling us to intercede, to pray for ourselves, to fellowship with him, or to worship him…we must become sensitive enough to his voice to hear his whisper, if we are going to experience the glorious outpouring of the Lord.

Let me give you an example of being available…

Psalm 25:4-5 NKJV
[4] Show me Your ways, O LORD; Teach me Your paths. [5] Lead me in Your truth and teach me, For You are the God of my salvation; On You I wait all the day.

God wants us to be so available to him that he can call us to prayer and “seeking” at any time and we will be ready, and we will answer his call.

Psalm 27:7-8 NKJV
[7] Hear, O LORD, when I cry with my voice! Have mercy also upon me, and answer me. [8] When You said, “Seek My face,” My heart said to You, “Your face, LORD, I will seek.”

Secondly, to become available means that, when we pray, we must come before the Lord to come into alignment with his purposes and will.

We OPEN our hearts to the will of God.
We open our soul to the movement of Holy Spirit.
We open ourselves to whatever God has in store.

  • It means that we pray in the direction he wants us to pray.
  • It means that we stop what he wants us to stop.
  • It means that we give him what he wants us to give him.
    But it also means…
We RECEIVE, by faith, whatever he wants to POUR OUT.

Alignment with the plans and purposes of God will mean that you don’t always know what God is up to and what he is doing next, but that you are READY and TRUSTING him for whatever he wants to do.

Here’s what the Bible says…

Isaiah 1:18-20 NKJV
[18] “Come now, and let us reason together,” Says the LORD, “Though your sins are like scarlet, They shall be as white as snow; Though they are red like crimson, They shall be as wool. [19] If you are willing and obedient, You shall eat the good of the land; [20] But if you refuse and rebel, You shall be devoured by the sword”; For the mouth of the LORD has spoken.
Listen…we have to remember that OPENNESS to the Lord and AVAILABILITY is the key to RECEIVING his glorious outpouring in this last day hour.

The promise is simple…
Just be willing and obedient.

The outpouring is coming.
“Lord, we want to be ready! We open our hands to receive, and we open the door of our heart to you, Jesus, NOW!”

My heart is for the church that Jesus is building and returning for...the church that the gates of hell will not prevail against.
More than anything, the desire of my heart is to see the greatest revival of the Holy Spirit, salvations, spiritual awakening, and for the miraculous to come back to the church, preparing believers for the return of Jesus.
