At the present moment, there is a moral callousness in the land crying out that God isn’t real and God doesn’t work.

The enemy is trying his best to propagate a lie to the people of God.

He wants you to believe that all the things God declares and says in his word…
The promises…The miracles…The mighty acts of God…He wants you to believe that all these things are not real or that they are no longer possible.

This is a direct attack on the authority of scripture because the Bible declares that…

2 Corinthians 1:17-22 NKJV
[17] Therefore, when I was planning this, did I do it lightly? Or the things I plan, do I plan according to the flesh, that with me there should be Yes, Yes, and No, No? [18] But as God is faithful, our word to you was not Yes and No. [19] For the Son of God, Jesus Christ, who was preached among you by us-by me, Silvanus, and Timothy-was not Yes and No, but in Him was Yes. [20] For all the promises of God in Him are Yes, and in Him Amen, to the glory of God through us. [21] Now He who establishes us with you in Christ and has anointed us is God, [22] who also has sealed us and given us the Spirit in our hearts as a guarantee.

Every single promise, contained in the inerrant, infallible, indestructible Word of the Living Holy God is an ABSOLUTE YES AND AMEN.

What Jesus said…HE CAN DO.
What Jesus promised…HE WILL DELIVER.
What Jesus speaks…HE BRINGS TO PASS.
You don’t have to spend your time worrying about whether or not the promises and prophecies in scripture will be true, because the God of the universe KEEPS HIS WORD.

Scripture declares to us that…

Jeremiah 1:12 NKJV
[12] Then the LORD said to me, “You have seen well, for I am ready to perform My word.”

Jeremiah 11:5 KJV
[5] That I may perform the oath which I have sworn unto your fathers, to give them a land flowing with milk and honey, as it is this day. Then answered I, and said, So be it, O Lord.

The Lord also says THIS about himself…

Ezekiel 12:25 KJV
[25] For I am the Lord : I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall come to pass; it shall be no more prolonged: for in your days, O rebellious house, will I say the word, and will perform it, saith the Lord God.

We must come to the place where we explicitly understand that…

Scripture says…

Isaiah 55:10-11 NKJV
[10] “For as the rain comes down, and the snow from heaven, And do not return there, But water the earth, And make it bring forth and bud, That it may give seed to the sower And bread to the eater, [11] So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; It shall not return to Me void, But it shall accomplish what I please, And it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it.

The Word of the Lord is the surest thing in the world.
You can invest your life to the Word of God because every single word, sentence, and paragraph in the Bible is absolutely infallibly TRUE.

Paul the apostle said that God sealed us with the Holy Spirit as our GUARANTEE of who he is, what he does, and for the truth of what he promises.

With all this being said, there is a thought that I believe the Holy Spirit absolutely placed in my heart for this message.

He wants to communicate to the church.
Why? Because we live in this culture of tearing down, watering down, dumbing down…if you will, and the devil has a constant barrage of lies that come our way…if possible to sway us from the truth of the Lord.

There may be some believers who are wondering right now…
Will God actually come through for us?
Will God actually do what he said he would do?
Will God provide?
Will God keep his word to me?
Will God get me where I need to go?

And it’s that last question that the Holy Spirit answered very clearly in my heart.

The Holy Spirit says…

“God can get you where he wants you!”

Let me say that one more time, because we need to let it sink deeply into our soul…
“God can get you where he wants you.”

In a world that decries the power and grace of God, declaring that the Lord is powerless to bring his people to the place of promise and provision…you and I need to remember that we still serve a God that ANSWERS BY FIRE…LEADS BY FIRE…and BAPTIZES WITH FIRE!

He got the children of Israel OUT of Egyptian bondage JUST LIKE HE SAID HE WOULD.
It didn’t matter at all to God that the situation looked dire and bleak.
He wasn’t worried about where the resources would come from.

The Lord didn’t misspeak when he told Moses to tell Pharoah, “let my people go.”

Rather, God delivered the children of Israel with a strong hand and a mighty arm, and make NO MISTAKE…GOD CAN ALSO GET YOU RIGHT WHERE HE WANTS YOU TO BE.

He isn’t afraid of your situation.
He isn’t afraid of your circumstance.
He is not stewing over the complexity of your problem.

God is a problem destroying God.
Whatever is IN HIS WAY…he obliterates it.
He demolishes problems and circumstances like they were made of glass.

Scripture asks the question…and I’ll reiterate it now…
“Is anything too hard for the Lord?”

The obvious answer is, “NO.”

“God can get you where he wants you!”

Just to prove it…let me give you some illustrations to the point.

When God needed a man to reach the unreachable gentile nations, someone who knew the law inside and out, someone who was smart enough to know how to communicate their pagan belief systems into the ground…God called a man named Saul…he would later change his name to PAUL.

We know him as Paul the Apostle.
God got Saul where he wanted him to be.

He was going the other direction.
He was walking contrary to the Lord.
He was not a believer in Jesus.
He was, in fact, killing Christians.

While on his WAY to kill and persecute believers, God got Paul where he wanted him!

Acts 22:4-10 KJV
[4] And I persecuted this way unto the death, binding and delivering into prisons both men and women. [5] As also the high priest doth bear me witness, and all the estate of the elders: from whom also I received letters unto the brethren, and went to Damascus, to bring them which were there bound unto Jerusalem, for to be punished. [6] And it came to pass, that, as I made my journey, and was come nigh unto Damascus about noon, suddenly there shone from heaven a great light round about me. [7] And I fell unto the ground, and heard a voice saying unto me, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? [8] And I answered, Who art thou, Lord? And he said unto me, I am Jesus of Nazareth, whom thou persecutest. [9] And they that were with me saw indeed the light, and were afraid; but they heard not the voice of him that spake to me. [10] And I said, What shall I do, Lord? And the Lord said unto me, Arise, and go into Damascus; and there it shall be told thee of all things which are appointed for thee to do.

In another account of this story, we are told that Paul was led to a STREET CALLED “STRAIGHT!”

God literally took Saul, changed him into Paul, raised him out of the darkness, took him off the wrong path, and put him literally onto a street named straight!

But Paul is not the only example of God getting someone where he wants them to be.

Remember that God got Jonah where he wanted him to be.

God had called Jonah to preach revival in the great city of Nineveh.
It was a dark, pagan city, full of sin and trouble…so God needed a man to preach repentance and revival.

It strikes me that many of the characters we read of in scripture, at first glance, look like the wrong choice.
They are scared.
They are fearful.
They are bound.
They are sinful.
They do not believe.
They hate what is right.
They often do not follow the ways of God.

But listen to what I am telling you…

If God could take some of the worst men and women, and raise them up, change their path, renew their call, anoint them with his Spirit and USE THEM MIGHTILY…How much MORE is God STILL ABLE TO USE AND POSITION THE CHURCH?

How much more is God STILL ABLE to position the people of God where he wants them to be?

“God can get you where he wants you!”

You know the story of Jonah…

  • Jonah runs the wrong direction from the will of God.
  • He is caught in the storm at sea.
    But what happens?

God can get you where he wants you to be!

Remember the woman with the issue of blood?
She should NEVER have been able to even get close to Jesus.
The law was against her.
Society was against her.
Everything she knew and understood, was against her.

But God got her to Jesus.

Mark 5:24-30 NKJV
[24] So Jesus went with him, and a great multitude followed Him and thronged Him. [25] Now a certain woman had a flow of blood for twelve years, [26] and had suffered many things from many physicians. She had spent all that she had and was no better, but rather grew worse. [27] When she heard about Jesus, she came behind Him in the crowd and touched His garment. [28] For she said, “If only I may touch His clothes, I shall be made well.” [29] Immediately the fountain of her blood was dried up, and she felt in her body that she was healed of the affliction. [30] And Jesus, immediately knowing in Himself that power had gone out of Him, turned around in the crowd and said, “Who touched My clothes?”

You need to know that sometimes, God will change your mindset to get you where you need to be and ought to be.

With everything stacked against this woman, God changed her mind and gave her new thoughts.

She boldly pressed through, under, and around the people nearest to Jesus, and she simply had faith to believe that if only she could touch his clothes, her healing would occur…and she WAS HEALED!

God still has the power to change your mind and he can still open a path through the crowd.

The crowd of culture is saying a lot right now, but it doesn’t mean a thing!
God has the power to overpower the message of the masses and put YOU exactly IN THE PRIME SPOT FOR A MIRACLE!

God is positioning the church…RIGHT NOW…AT THE PRESENT MOMENT…for the harvest of the ages, even though everything around us LOOKS BLEAK.

2 Corinthians 4:16-18 NKJV
[16] Therefore we do not lose heart. Even though our outward man is perishing, yet the inward man is being renewed day by day. [17] For our light affliction, which is but for a moment, is working for us a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory, [18] while we do not look at the things which are seen, but at the things which are not seen. For the things which are seen are temporary, but the things which are not seen are eternal.

Time does not permit to tell the full story of how God…

  • Got Noah into the ark of safety and saved his entire family…
  • Got Daniel out of the lion’s den by shutting their mouths…Which is a total change of nature for the lion.
  • He even got the three Hebrew children OUT OF THE FIRE WITHOUT EVEN A SMELL OF SMOKE!

God will change nature around you, move heaven and earth, create something from nothing, and even raise the dead, if that’s what it takes to get you where he wants you!

So the message needs to encourage you!

  • If you are fighting a battle…God is going to get you where he wants you!
  • If you are believing for a miracle…God is going to get you where he wants you!
  • If you are facing the greatest obstacle you’ve ever faced and the devil tries to tell you that God can’t help you…God is still going to get you where he wants you!

Here are the keys…

  • Allow God to position you.
  • Be obedient to his word and his voice.
  • Open yourself to the presence of the Holy Spirit in prayer like never before.

Be ready!
God is going to get you right where he wants you!

Standing where God wants you to be is the safest place, a greatly blessed place, the most favored place, most equipped place, the healthiest place, and the HAPPIEST PLACE you will ever be.

My heart is for the church that Jesus is building and returning for...the church that the gates of hell will not prevail against.
More than anything, the desire of my heart is to see the greatest revival of the Holy Spirit, salvations, spiritual awakening, and for the miraculous to come back to the church, preparing believers for the return of Jesus.
