Revelation 4:1 NKJV
After these things I looked, and behold, a door standing open in heaven. And the first voice which I heard was like a trumpet speaking with me, saying, “Come up here, and I will show you things which must take place after this.”

Many scholars believe this verse is a description of the rapture of the church.

There is coming a day in the very near future when the people of God are going to be leaving this planet.

Jesus himself will return for his church and they will rise to meet him in the air.

1 Thessalonians 4:16-18 NKJV
[16] For the Lord Himself will descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of an archangel, and with the trumpet of God. And the dead in Christ will rise first. [17] Then we who are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds to meet the Lord in the air. And thus we shall always be with the Lord. [18] Therefore comfort one another with these words.

In this moment of rapture…
The difficulties will cease.
The sicknesses will be healed.
The persecution will stop.
The darkness will flee.
Eternal revival will become reality.

You don’t want to miss this event. It is a once in eternity happening.

Jesus is preparing his church even now.
Lately, it seems that I hear the same sentiment I feel in my heart, echoed and reverberated across every available channel…the word is RISE.

God is calling the church to rise up.
Individual believers are beginning to wake up to the need to rise.
Even in the secular world you hear of people with a desire to rise, though their reasoning is vastly different from that of the believer.

Right now…literally, right now, God is preparing his people for the rapture.

Will you pray and prepare?
Will you pray and repent?
Will you pray and believe?

The time is so short…church, this is our moment to rise and be what Jesus has called us to be!

2 Peter 3:14 NKJV
[14] Therefore, beloved, looking forward to these things, be diligent to be found by Him in peace, without spot and blameless;

Larry Shankle

My heart is for the church that Jesus is building and returning for...the church that the gates of hell will not prevail against.
More than anything, the desire of my heart is to see the greatest revival of the Holy Spirit, salvations, spiritual awakening, and for the miraculous to come back to the church, preparing believers for the return of Jesus.
