Here’s the word of the Lord as we begin this post…

The Lord says…

“Hold fast my People, you are on the VERGE of great breakthrough. Power is coming. Holiness is coming. My Spirit is coming to awaken the bride prepared for the groom.
You will see me manifest in your presence, doing wonders among you, opening the heavens, releasing my Spirit.
You must hold on NOW, for the time is quickly approaching. Set your heart, ready your spirit, PRAY UP.
You will be used and anointed with fresh power to meet new needs.
Deliverance and healing will be a hallmark of this fresh outpouring of Holy Spirit in the earth.
You will see and experience things only dreamed of or read about in days past.
This is the beginning of harvest.
Pray for workers.
Pray for intercessors.
I am moving NOW.
Only a little while and it begins in full force.
There are birth pains because the time draws near for new birth into the kingdom.
Enemy plans and strategy will be revealed and fail because of prayer.
Expansion is key.
Expansion in your faith.
Expand the territory of your faith to believe for impossible things.”
As this word declares, we are on the VERGE of something mighty.

Days ago, this was the very thing the Lord dropped in my heart late at night.

This “word,” and the word, “verge.”

The word, “verge” is defined as being on the brink, or on the threshold.

The Lord continues to give me messages like this one so that we are ready.

Just as Jesus turned the water into wine, and saved the best for last…so too, with his church, he has saved the best for LAST!

I believe there are unexpected glories that are coming for the people of God.
The Lord, pouring out his Spirit in ways that we have not yet thought about.

The Lord, moving with power upon us in ways that we cannot describe.

This is the start of the move, of the harvest, of the preparation time for the return of Jesus.

If you’ve ever wanted revival, hold on, because it is so near!
Don’t miss what the Lord is saying in this hour…
The Lord is trying to communicate to his people that there is a day coming in the near future when the Spirit of the Lord WILL begin his sovereign move.

Nothing can stop it.
You won’t put a muzzle on it.
The Lord will push through every barrier the enemy has set up to stop his plan, purpose, and will.

Scripture says…

Micah 2:12-13 NKJV
[12] “I will surely assemble all of you, O Jacob, I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together like sheep of the fold, Like a flock in the midst of their pasture; They shall make a loud noise because of so many people. [13] The one who breaks open will come up before them; They will break out, Pass through the gate, And go out by it; Their king will pass before them, With the LORD at their head.”

Yes, this is prophetic to Israel in a very practical sense, but many of these prophecies hold meaning for the church as well, in the fact that the principle surrounding them is the same for us.

There is an anointing for the people of God to “breakthrough” the barriers and walls of the enemy.

Why? Because we are following Jesus, the Lord of the Breakthrough!

Here’s what Jesus says about it…

Luke 10:19 NKJV
[19] Behold, I give you the authority to trample on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall by any means hurt you.

I love the way the Message translation interprets the previous passage…let’s read it…

Micah 2:12-13 MSG
[12-13] “I’m calling a meeting, Jacob. I want everyone back-all the survivors of Israel. I’ll get them together in one place- like sheep in a fold, like cattle in a corral- a milling throng of homebound people! Then I, GOD, will burst all confinements and lead them out into the open. They’ll follow their King. I will be out in front leading them.”

Did you hear what this says?
The Lord will BURST ALL confinements!

Nothing will stop him or hold him back when he determines to DO what his plan calls for him to DO.

That’s the overriding principle in this verse that we need to know…That God will break out of all confinements!
He leads us.
He guides us.
He is out front.
He is busting through the enemy lines.
He is leading the charge.

All we have to do is follow and BE READY.

As I was praying, I believe I had a vision of something taking place in our church.

To my right, as I stand at the pulpit, there was someone standing by themselves up here in the front needing prayer…because they needed healing.
They were crumpled over.
I could not make out a face.

Suddenly, they literally “cracked” back into place. I could hear bones cracking.
We were caught off guard by what we saw happen and suddenly a wailing went across the building as Holy Spirit rushed in and people began weeping in tears and Holy Spirit fell upon us.
There were people in the altar, almost with a conviction, because we wanted more of what we had just seen…a miracle.
Then the Lord spoke very clearly to me and said:
“How are you going to respond to the first miracle I send?”

We must keep ourselves in the path of righteousness and readiness so that we fully encounter what the Lord determines to send.

Scripture is ripe with stories of divine, glorious encounter.

There was Saul on the Damascus road.

Acts 9:1-6 NKJV
[1] Then Saul, still breathing threats and murder against the disciples of the Lord, went to the high priest [2] and asked letters from him to the synagogues of Damascus, so that if he found any who were of the Way, whether men or women, he might bring them bound to Jerusalem. [3] As he journeyed he came near Damascus, and suddenly a light shone around him from heaven. [4] Then he fell to the ground, and heard a voice saying to him, “Saul, Saul, why are you persecuting Me?” [5] And he said, “Who are You, Lord?” Then the Lord said, “I am Jesus, whom you are persecuting. It is hard for you to kick against the goads.” [6] So he, trembling and astonished, said, “Lord, what do You want me to do?” Then the Lord said to him, “Arise and go into the city, and you will be told what you must do.”

This was an encounter that utterly changed the direction of a man from darkness to light.
This was a sovereign move of Holy Spirit upon this one man’s life, to change him, save him, and turn him towards the path of God’s calling.

Saul the Pharisee became Paul the Apostle, in one split moment of time.

Abraham and looking at the stars.

Genesis 15:1-6 NKJV
[1] After these things the word of the LORD came to Abram in a vision, saying, “Do not be afraid, Abram. I am your shield, your exceedingly great reward.” [2] But Abram said, “Lord GOD, what will You give me, seeing I go childless, and the heir of my house is Eliezer of Damascus?” [3] Then Abram said, “Look, You have given me no offspring; indeed one born in my house is my heir!” [4] And behold, the word of the LORD came to him, saying, “This one shall not be your heir, but one who will come from your own body shall be your heir.” [5] Then He brought him outside and said, “Look now toward heaven, and count the stars if you are able to number them.” And He said to him, “So shall your descendants be.” [6] And he believed in the LORD, and He accounted it to him for righteousness.

The Lord changed Abram’s trajectory in a moment of time.
It only took one conversation.
It only took one look at the stars.
It only took a moment.

Abram was convinced, and faith sprang up in his heart. His faith changed his destiny.
It converted his soul and moved the path of his future from the left hand to the right.
God made him a promise and Abram believed the Lord.

There are many, many other examples of divine, glorious encounter, and here are just a few of them:
Moses and the burning bush.
Gideon and the call to be a mighty man of valor.
Peter’s release from prison because of the church’s intercession for him.

Then there is probably the most famous of all…
The day of Pentecost!

Acts 2:1-4 NKJV
[1] When the Day of Pentecost had fully come, they were all with one accord in one place. [2] And suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. [3] Then there appeared to them divided tongues, as of fire, and one sat upon each of them. [4] And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak with other tongues, as the Spirit gave them utterance.

I fully believe that scripture would lead us to see that there will be another, even greater outpouring in the last days.
It is time.
The hour is set.
Get ready to experience!
The word the Lord pressed on my spirit is: “On the verge.”

There isn’t an adequate way for me to express how close I feel from the Lord that we are to something life-changing and course altering.

I believe that it can and will affect EVERYTHING surrounding us.
Our community.
Our families.
Our personal life.
And more.

The fire of the Lord is going to fall upon his people who are hungry and thirsty for an encounter, but more than an encounter…a trajectory changing, life-altering, experience of God’s presence THAT DOES NOT DIMINISH OR LEAVE.
Prayer won’t be hard because of the presence of the Lord we feel.
Salvation won’t be difficult because people see, hear, feel, and experience the presence of the Lord.

As in the days of Jesus, miracles, signs, and wonders will take place again.

We live in one of the most amazing times in history. Although the world is pursuing evil agendas and false ideas, the glory of God WILL COME THROUGH.

He will breakthrough in power for those who are ready and waiting.
Pockets of glory.
Pockets of revival.
Pockets of FIRE!

This end time message for the church is that harvest and glory are about to happen.

The Lord spoke to me once and said, “The labor is most intense just before the miracle happens.”

People of God, we are on the verge…
Let’s seek the Lord and be ready.
Let’s come to our gatherings with expectancy.
Let’s open up our faith and believe for greater.

We need to know that…
Revival can still rock our nation.
Revival can overturn evil laws.
Revival can awake the sleeping church.
Revival can raise the spiritually dead.

It’s about to happen…We are on the VERGE!

My heart is for the church that Jesus is building and returning for...the church that the gates of hell will not prevail against.
More than anything, the desire of my heart is to see the greatest revival of the Holy Spirit, salvations, spiritual awakening, and for the miraculous to come back to the church, preparing believers for the return of Jesus.
