I am believing for a harvest of lost souls to give their lives to Jesus Christ before his return. Today, in particularly, this desire weighs heavy on my heart. The church must pray! We must come into agreement over those that do not know Jesus.

The truth is, our days are numbered.
None of us knows the time and date of our departure from the earth, but our time is coming.
If you know and love Jesus, praise the Lord! But at the same time, we must not be content that WE know Jesus…we must have a desire to be a testimony to the grace and goodness of God!
I firmly believe the Lord will open up doors for his church to communicate the hope of the Gospel to lost people, if only we allow God to place a burden on our heart for them.
Your community should be on your heart.
As a believer, it should be your desire to see people in your community come in droves to be saved.
Certainly, I am thankful for ALL the benefits of knowing Jesus…healing, help, joy, deliverance, freedom, the ability to know the Lord; but let’s not forget that everything is second to salvation. Jesus DIED so that people might be SAVED from an eternity in hell.
Most of society doesn’t even want to talk about hell anymore, many no longer believe in a literal hell with fire and heat; but we know that it is real.
If we know that heaven and hell are real, we should do everything in our power to keep people from going to hell and help them know Jesus so that they will go to heaven.
This is a foreign notion for so many people, yet the truth of it still rings out in the remnant of God.
Scripture declares to us…
Ezekiel 33:2-6 NKJV
“Son of man, speak to the children of your people, and say to them: ‘When I bring the sword upon a land, and the people of the land take a man from their territory and make him their watchman, when he sees the sword coming upon the land, if he blows the trumpet and warns the people, then whoever hears the sound of the trumpet and does not take warning, if the sword comes and takes him away, his blood shall be on his own head. He heard the sound of the trumpet, but did not take warning; his blood shall be upon himself. But he who takes warning will save his life. But if the watchman sees the sword coming and does not blow the trumpet, and the people are not warned, and the sword comes and takes any person from among them, he is taken away in his iniquity; but his blood I will require at the watchman’s hand.’
As the remnant of God, we are watchman. We know about the things each man will face after this life.
In one sense, it is a sword that comes upon all humanity. Those that know Jesus will instantly be ushered into eternal joy and praise, but those that don’t know, or have refused, will not enter the gates of that city.
If we know ahead of time and don’t warn them about eternity, their blood is on us.
At the very least, we can PRAY and SEEK THE FACE OF GOD for our lost friends, family, and community to come to Jesus before it is too late.
I realize this is a heavy topic, but I also realize the hour in which we live is a late hour. Jesus will soon return.
What we do for the Lord must be accomplished NOW! Sooner not later…
The prayers we pray for others must be prayed NOW…not later!
“Lord, open up doors of opportunity for your people to share Jesus with others. Give us the words to say and the anointing to say them. Open up the heart of unbelievers in our community to find Jesus, and draw them to yourself Lord. Let churches across this nation begin to be filled with people that do not know Jesus, and give your church the ability to speak words of life, so that the lost might come to the saving knowledge and power of Jesus Christ.”
