The Lord says prophetically:
“I will NEVER leave my people without a word. From the very beginning I AM the word. I was the word made flesh. I was the way in the whirlwind. I am the first and the last.
Never has there been another God besides me. You seek me and search for me and I will be found by you.
I will be a word to you, and I will be a hope to you.
The way I take and the path I make for your life will come to pass. Sometimes the path may not seem clear at the moment, and you may not understand all that I am doing, but, nevertheless, my Spirit still works, and I still speak. If you will only search me out and trust me, my word will open up to you. My word over your life is GOOD.
It is a good word, full of my richness and my goodness. My mercy from everlasting will be full inside of you. I have a word. I am the word. I am the start and the finish. Don’t stop trusting me. Don’t stop believing me. I have walked beside you and been your help throughout your entire life. I won’t leave you now. I won’t walk away when you need me most.
You have seen me come through, and you will see me come through again. Even now, my prophetic timing and word are at work in your life. You don’t see it at the moment, but they are at work. I am moving in your midst and you may not recognize it at the moment, but when the full time comes, I will unleash my intended destiny on you and through you. This is my word. Trust me in it…says the Lord.”

I want to echo that word from the Lord…so, The thrust of everything that I want to say in this post is…

There is a word of God for you.

In the middle of your problems, circumstances, or even confusion, You have to remember that the Lord is still at work.

I was so encouraged when the Lord brought this WORD to my heart for the beginning of the message, because we all go through times when it seems that the plan of God is distant.

God keeps telling me to say that, “Job also thought I was far from him, when in reality, I was right there the whole time.”

The Lord was pleased with Job.
I know, we don’t want to relate OUR story with someone who faced so much and went through so much, but the truth is…The Lord was there the whole time.

Everything Job went through was a precursor to the glory that God would reveal in his life at the end.

Scripture declares to us that…

1 Corinthians 10:11-13 NLT
[11] These things happened to them as examples for us. They were written down to warn us who live at the end of the age.

To be clear, the things listed in this passage were examples of WHAT NOT TO DO…but there are many more examples of WHAT TO DO.

It’s the “what TO DO” that we need to focus on.

[12] If you think you are standing strong, be careful not to fall. > [13] The temptations in your life are no different from what others experience. And God is faithful. He will not allow the temptation to be more than you can stand. When you are tempted, he will show you a way out so that you can endure.

When you are tempted to quit, give up, stop, discontinue reaching forward, put away your trust in the Lord, or just sit down…DON’T DO IT.

God has a way out!
• There is a plan of God that will keep you.
• There is a word of God that will sustain you.
• There is the HOLY SPIRIT that will be with you, hear you, lead you, and strengthen you.

I just feel like the Lord is trying so hard to remind the people of God that HE HAS A WORD FOR YOUR LIFE.

Even though Job faced tremendous difficulty, the WORD over his life was GOOD.

Job 1:6-8 NLT
[6] One day the members of the heavenly court came to present themselves before the LORD, and the Accuser, Satan, came with them. [7] “Where have you come from?” the LORD asked Satan. Satan answered the LORD, “I have been patrolling the earth, watching everything that’s going on.” [8] Then the LORD asked Satan, “Have you noticed my servant Job? He is the finest man in all the earth. He is blameless-a man of complete integrity. He fears God and stays away from evil.”

We all know what Job went through…but…

There is a tremendous difference in going through bad times WITH a WORD and going through bad times WITHOUT a WORD!

God has a word over your life.
He has planned your life from the start.
There is something he is trying to bring out of his people…a harvest, a blessing, a favor, a goodness.

But to get to the FRUIT you have to endure the rain.

My wife and I just recently planted a simple garden.
More of an experiment than anything else.
We wanted to know if we could actually plant a garden that would survive, grow, and give us some vegetables.

But lately, it seems that the heavens have opened up with so much rain that it would destroy what we planted.
But you know what? Those little plants are still hanging in there.

They have some little roots that are still anchored to the ground.

You need to know that as long as you have some ROOTS IN THE GROUND, you are going to make it!
No matter what comes your way…you are going to make it!

Why? Because the life of God, found in his WORD over your life, comes THROUGH.

AS long as your roots remain, the life-giving power of the Holy Spirit can make it through.

That’s why scripture says…

Colossians 2:6-7 NLT
[6] And now, just as you accepted Christ Jesus as your Lord, you must continue to follow him. [7] Let your roots grow down into him, and let your lives be built on him. Then your faith will grow strong in the truth you were taught, and you will overflow with thankfulness.

It’s hard to be thankful in the middle of a storm, but we hold onto the truths of God’s Word in the MIDDLE of the storm, realizing that the Lord WILL BRING US THROUGH!

Now…I also believe that the Lord is SPEAKING NOW more than ever.

Holy Spirit is trying to speak to God’s people, to us, in order to help us line up with everything God is doing and about to do in the church and in the earth.

We don’t want to miss it.

SO I want to encourage you to PRAY and not just pray, but be ready when you pray to HEAR FROM THE LORD.

If you will open up your heart, God will speak to you.
Do not discount some of the stray thoughts that seem to wander through your mind as you pray, because some of those thoughts are the voice of the HOLY SPIRIT!

Learn to hear the voice of God by listening when you pray.
Be ready to write down what God speaks.

God doesn’t speak prophetically ONLY in church services.
But by his Spirit he will speak prophetically to YOU.

• Write it down.
• Be encouraged by what the Lord says.
• Pray about what you hear.
• Validate what you hear God say, through the WORDS OF SCRIPTURE which are the bedrock test of everything we hear in our spirit.

Paul said something to Timothy about prophetic words…

1 Timothy 1:18 KJVS
[18] This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare;

Why does God have a word for you?

You can wage war on the enemy much more effectively when you battle based on God’s Word.

Not only will God speak to your spirit with words that can be validated through the scriptures, but he will also bring words from the scriptures to LIFE so that as you read your Bible, A WORD LEAPS OFF THE PAGE INTO YOUR SPIRIT.

A Logos word from the Bible becomes a RHEMA word from the Bible, when it leaps off the page into your spirit, becoming a promise just for YOU!

Both words, Logos and Rhema, are used of Scripture.
Logos is the written word of God, the word that is forever settled in heaven. Jesus was and is the “logos word” of God that came in the flesh and dwelt among us.

But when Jesus begins to DECLARE the word unto you, LOGOS becomes RHEMA…which means that scriptures come to life in your spirit, helping you in the moment, they become an inspired word just for YOU.

Why? Because you know that it’s not just true for everyone else, but that it’s also true FOR YOU!

I just want to remind you again…

There is a word of God for you.

Here’s the practical application of all this:

Do what the Lord spoke at the start of this post…
• Seek him.
• Search for him.
• Listen for his voice.

God is speaking NOW by the Holy Spirit like never before!

• Be ready to hear.
• Be ready to WRITE DOWN what he speaks.
• Validate it by scripture.
• Then DO BATTLE over your situation with what the Lord said to you.

My heart is for the church that Jesus is building and returning for...the church that the gates of hell will not prevail against.
More than anything, the desire of my heart is to see the greatest revival of the Holy Spirit, salvations, spiritual awakening, and for the miraculous to come back to the church, preparing believers for the return of Jesus.
