We live in a day when it seems, fear rises up from every corner.
There is another problem or circumstance giving us pause and feeding into our sense of fear , but we must remember…

We are to stand strong against every evil spirit, including the spirit of fear trying to capture our soul.

Here’s what the Bible says:

Psalm 49:5-9 NKJV
[5] Why should I fear in the days of evil, When the iniquity at my heels surrounds me?

An interesting question…why should I fear?
There is no reason to fear when the Lord is on my side.
There is no reason to believe the worst when the Lord has the best in mind for me.
Fear is simply a demonic spirit, and as such, you and I have authority from the Lord, OVER THE SPIRIT OF FEAR!

Let’s use our authority!

[6] Those who trust in their wealth And boast in the multitude of their riches, [7] None of them can by any means redeem his brother, Nor give to God a ransom for him- [8] For the redemption of their souls is costly, And it shall cease forever- [9] That he should continue to live eternally, And not see the Pit.

Jesus has redeemed our souls at the cost of his own life, and given us the hope of a great eternity in heaven, therefore do not allow fear to dictate your life.

Let’s pray…

“Heavenly Father, by the authority of the Lord, I command this evil spirit of fear to be bound. I rebuke fear and cast it out in Jesus’ name. I refuse to be afraid of anything coming on the earth, or of anything that man could do unto me. I declare that Jesus is my hope, my help, and my defense. I declare that through the Spirit of the Lord, I shall not be moved! In Jesus’ name…Amen!”

My heart is for the church that Jesus is building and returning for...the church that the gates of hell will not prevail against.
More than anything, the desire of my heart is to see the greatest revival of the Holy Spirit, salvations, spiritual awakening, and for the miraculous to come back to the church, preparing believers for the return of Jesus.
